I came from public policy.
Design was the tool
I was looking for.
I graduated in Social Work and completed a residency in Public Health Management during the COVID-19 pandemic. Working inside public policy — mapping flows, coordinating services, trying to make systems actually reach people — I started to see something clearly: systems, user experience, and intentional design could be powerful allies in solving real problems. Not just tools, but a method of thinking that social work had always needed.
That realization pushed me to go back to school — I studied Graphic Design and stepped into the UX/UI world from there. I started at VSaúde, a healthtech in Brasília, then moved to an online supermarket in São Paulo. In 2024 I co-founded Studio Latina, took part in a cultural app project in Brasília, and joined Zdo as UX Lead — where I built the product from scratch, defining the design foundation, research processes, and interface from the ground up.
I still approach every project the way I approached public policy: starting from the people, understanding the system, then designing with intention.
